This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what your rights are. It covers anicsdelight.com, including the Amarachi Unpacked, ANICS Digital, Divine Grace Overflow and The Little Legends TV pages.
Who we are
This website is run by Dr Amarachi Ewulonu, trading as ANICS Digital. For any question about your data, email info@anicsdelight.com.
What we collect and why
- Messages you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we keep your name, email address and message so we can reply. Legal basis: legitimate interests in responding to you, or taking steps towards a contract if you ask about our services.
- Stories you choose to share. If you send a story for Amarachi Unpacked, we only share it publicly with your clear permission, and only in the way you agree to (for example without your name).
- Security logs. Our security plugin records IP addresses of failed log-in attempts to protect the site from attacks. Legal basis: legitimate interests in keeping the site secure.
We do not use advertising trackers or sell your information to anyone.
Purchases
Our digital products are sold through Selar. When you buy, Selar and its payment providers collect and process your name, email and payment details under their own privacy policies. We receive your name and email so we can deliver your purchase and offer support. We never see or store your card details.
Booking a call
Free discovery calls are booked through Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email address, the time you choose and your answers to the booking questions, and shares them with us so we can hold the call. Calendly processes this information under its own privacy policy. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Embedded content
Some pages include videos or links from YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram. Embedded content behaves as if you had visited that site, and those companies may collect data about you under their own policies.
Cookies
This website only uses cookies that are needed for it to work, such as remembering a logged-in administrator. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
Children
The Little Legends TV is a family channel for children. Its page on this website collects no personal information: it has no forms, no comments and no sales. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
How long we keep your information
We keep enquiries for up to 2 years after our last contact, and purchase records for 6 years to meet UK tax rules. After that we delete them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to limit its use. Email info@anicsdelight.com and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
