These terms apply to digital products and services bought from ANICS Digital, run by Dr Amarachi Ewulonu.

Digital products

• All guides, workbooks and ebooks are digital downloads, sold and delivered through Selar.
• Because digital products are delivered immediately, by completing your purchase you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download is available, as allowed under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
• If a file is faulty, will not open, or is not as described, email info@anicsdelight.com within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you.
• Products are for your personal use. Please do not copy, resell or share them.

Results

Our guides share methods and experience. Results depend on your own effort and circumstances, and we cannot guarantee any particular income, follower count or outcome.

Consultations and training

• The scope, price and timing of any consultation or training are agreed with you in writing before work starts.
• You can cancel or rearrange a booked session free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, may not be refunded.
